Jake Frana was born and raised in Cedar Bluffs, Nebraska. He grew up in the country where his family raised cattle and other farm animals. In his spare time Jake worked for area farmers doing chores like walking beans, putting up hay and branding cattle.
After high school Jake received an Associate Degree from Southeast Community College in Computer Electronics and he worked in the telecommunications industry for 20 years, first as a technician then as a manager for 7 years.
In his spare time, Jake enjoys spending time with his two children, Isabel and Easton. They keep him busy with their soccer and volleyball games. When they are not participating in team sports, Jake loves to take Isabel and Easton fishing.

William is an avid auctioneer and ringman from Friend, NE. William’s passion and dream became reality when he graduated from World Wide College of Auctioneering in July 2021. Within the past 2 years, William has been fearless in trying and experiencing different parts of the auction business. William has worked with numerous companies and individuals with estate auctions, machinery sales, and consignment auctions; as well as being involved in the livestock auction business. William also has personal endeavors in benefit and fundraiser auctions and purebred bull sales.
William strives to do better every day with what he does and puts personal growth as a top priority. This is accomplished by entering competitions, where this past summer, William became the 2022 Nebraska State Ringman Champion and Top 10 Auctioneer. William plans to obtain his Nebraska real estate license so he can continue to expand his services and experience. Most importantly, William is an advocate for the auction business and its purpose, he wants his customers to understand the auction way and why it is the most successful means of salesmanship and marketing. William lives by the idea that “connections build connections” and he looks forward to making new ones every day.
